About Us

Founder's Note

I’m Alex Kwong, and FourFactory.org is my little corner of the web where technology, travel, and everyday life in Singapore intersect. I started this site because I’ve always been fascinated by how gadgets shape the way we live, work, and play — and I wanted a space to share that fascination in my own voice.

On the site, you’ll find my hands‑on reviews of the latest tech — from Samsung Galaxy devices and iPhones to gaming monitors like the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 to advance Sony Mirrorless camera α7CR. I don’t just list specs; I talk about how these tools feel in real‑world use, whether that’s editing photos late at night or catching up on a game in between flights. I like to think of my reviews as conversations, not lectures — the kind you’d have with a friend who’s just as excited about a new gadget as you are.

But FourFactory.org isn’t only about tech. I weave in slices of my life here in Singapore — a chalet stay at Bedok Reservoir, a stroll through a local event, or a hidden café I stumbled upon. These moments matter to me because they give context to the gear I’m talking about. A phone camera review feels different when it’s paired with shots from a National Day celebration or a quiet morning by the water.

Beyond the website, I run the FourFactory Media YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@AlexKwongFourfactoryMedia ) That’s where my camera follows me into all sorts of adventures: theme park visits, flights, exhibitions, even the occasional behind‑the‑scenes look at how I put my content together. Some videos are quick highlights — like a business class flight from Narita to Changi — while others are more immersive, letting you tag along for the whole experience.

I’ve always believed that tech and storytelling belong together. A great device isn’t just about performance; it’s about the moments it helps you capture, the work it enables, and the fun it adds to your day. That’s why my content blends product reviews with travel vlogs, lifestyle tips, and personal anecdotes. It’s not about chasing trends — it’s about sharing what feels authentic, whether that’s a deep dive into a monitor’s refresh rate or a laugh from a Halloween Horror Nights scare.

At the heart of it all, I’m just someone who loves exploring — new places, new gear, new ideas. FourFactory.org is my way of inviting others along for the ride. If you’re into gadgets, curious about life in Singapore, or just enjoy a good story told with a camera in hand, you’ll probably feel right at home here. And if my work inspires you to try something new — whether it’s testing a piece of tech, booking a trip, or simply noticing the details in your own backyard — then I’ve done what I set out to do.

Every story starts with a spark — for me, it’s the moment I unbox something new. The crinkle of plastic, the weight of the device in my hands, the first flicker of a display. But the real magic happens when that gadget leaves the desk and enters the world. A phone camera tested not in a lab, but in the chaos of a National Day crowd; a monitor judged not by specs alone, but by the way it pulls me into a midnight gaming session.

i hope you enjoy your stay here and don't forget to follow me at https://www.instagram.com/fourfactoryorg/
